It takes only miutes to learn Cat's unique Moebius Cast-On, and then you have the key to everything in the Treasures. For you first project, you'll knit a Moebius scarf to become familiar with this magical, friendly form, which is the heart of every Moebius bag, bowl, boot, cape, wrap and bed. Class is three 1.5-hour sessions. Fee $35.00

Basic skills required. Learn to make a felted bag or purse that is sure to be the envy of your friends. Knitting will be done in class and felting instructions will be provided. Fee $30.00.

Interested in seeing if you might like to spin This is an inexpensive way to find out before the investment in a wheel . Class is one 1.5-hour sessions. You will need to purchase a drop spindle of your choice at Grinny Possum. 4 ounces of roving is included for the class. Fee $20.00
Wednesdays August 6 or 13 or 20 or 27 - 1:00 to 2:30

No skills required. Wool roving is furnished, but you will need a drop spindle to begin. Learn the basics of spinning. Initially, class is taught on a drop spindle and progresses to a wheel. Fee: $50.00.
Every Wednesday - 4:00 to 6:00
Have a project your are stuck on. Need a little help getting started on that new project. Get hands on help at the Help Session. Help Session is two hours. Fee: $5.00.
Classes must be paid for in advance when you sign up. If the cost does not include materials, those materials must be purchased at Grinny Possum Fiber arts. Except in case of emergency, class fees are not refundable, as a paid fee holds a place in the class. Class size will be limited so our students can have individual attention. If you need additional help, we have a "come on in and let's work it out" policy. Dates and time of each class are set and no deviation is possible as instructors are only available at those times.
